Conflict resolution skills and intervention program are the main focus.
OBJECTIVE: Reconstruction of the Nubian image in Canada and the Caribbean through a constant and consistent process of giving and shared percepts.
The program primary focus is the Roots of youth violence & teenage pregnancy. URBAN PLANNING:

• Secure Schools policies suspension
• Expulsion
• Curriculum
• Counselling cause of problems
FAMILY ISSUES:
• Two income house hold
• Single parent house hold
• Long working hours (low income jobs)
• Generational cultural differences
HEALTH ISSUES:
• Nutritional deficiencies
• Poor general health
• Substance abuse
• Mental health issues
• Physical inactivity
LACK OF ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY:
• Poor Paying jobs
• Distance from home to work
• Lack of education
ISSUES IN THE JUSTICE SYSTEM:
• No overall strategy
• No coherent vision
• No equal rights or justice given
